Who We Are

Hi! I’m Sarah. My husband and I run a family-owned farm with health being a focus for my family and my community. I spent several years in food service in a hospital setting, working alongside dieticians to care for patients. During this time, I learned how significantly our diets can affect our health and how small changes can dramatically impact us. My love for seeing people heal intersected with my love for gardening, and today, we have Goemann Produce.
